Magazine Review - 1to1 with Marc Robbemond

Magazine Reviews are sessions in which Marc Robbemond, one of the main members of the Athenaeum Nieuwscentrum in Amsterdam and an expert, speaker and seller of independent magazines for decades, evaluates individual magazine projects or already existing magazines.

Throughout the Mag to Mag, 10 total sessions are available which will take place inside one of the reserved boxes on the third floor of the Sala Borsa Library.

The meetings are particularly suitable for those who have a magazine project, for new publishers with few issues behind them or for those who are about to launch a new magazine.

What Marc will do during the meeting:

• It will give an overall assessment of your magazine or your magazine project, highlighting its strengths and weaknesses both from an artistic point of view and from a feasibility and marketability point of view
• He will give you advice on how to sell the magazine and how to find sales channels
• He will advise you on the aspects to improve
• It will indicate who are, if any, the main competitors and how to differentiate from them
  

How to prepare:

• After purchasing the session, send an email with the presentation of the magazine, a link to your website and social channels, a pdf with the cover and at least 10 pages of the magazine and all the questions you would like to ask Marc at info@magtomag. com by April 20th.
  Bring a physical copy of the magazine, if already printed, with you to the session.
