Pellicola is an independent Italian magazine exploring contemporary photography at a time when visual language is becoming the central focus of our daily experience. In response to today's post-photographic context, the magazine's goal is to slow down , to take the time to engage with images , which are now consumed at an increasingly unsustainable pace. And, by delving into the work of photographers from around the world, both emerging and established, to become a spokesperson for their stories, it explores ever-new directions for this visual practice.
